Slipping deadlines – Want to get your dream aesthetic physique but want to finish the new season of Lucifer as well, or tired of your family members scolding you for completing your daily chores. Well, the answer was always the one thing you ignored cause either you were lazy or the advice wasn’t interesting enough. Well, we got your back with an interesting approach to the “holy grail” of time management. Get set go (badam tishhh)
1. The 3 A’s in time
Yes, you read that right. The three A’s being:
- Awareness: You have to be aware of your time as a resource and thus use it as wisely and efficiently as you can. And that too realistically. There’s no use of trying to be Spiderman if there aren’t any buildings in your area, don’t swing and miss like him, wait, contemplate and hit a home run.
- Arrangement: Well this part includes some of the boring stuff like organizing your goals, setting daily potential achievements list, planning and scheduling your tasks accordingly, etc. Trust us, just writing down a simple ‘to do’ in the morning can do wonders for you. You choose, a 2-minute list-making schedule every morning or potential productive hours in the dustbin.
- Adaptation: Just the planning part of it won’t do anything if you can’t act on it. No one ever made it to the strongest person on earth just by reading about pushups. Monitoring your usage of resources of time, including adjusting to interruptions and changing priorities.
We won’t leave you hanging just with these three tips. Time management is more about life hacks rather than just a habit of its own.
· Focus is important: You must have seen some extraordinary beings that manage to pursue their hobbies, keep up with their never-ending assignments as well as have time left on their hands to be aware of the latest pop culture references. This ‘extraordinary’ foot is ordinary as you just need to focus on your goals for the day.
· Multitasking is a scam: If you don’t want to end up putting salt in your laundry and surf excel in your paneer gravy, please don’t listen to these influencers influencing you in doing something a human being can’t achieve.
· When they said time is money, they weren’t kidding: Remember the time when you were skeptical about spending your money because you were aware you hadn’t left any. Apply the same kind of approach to your time as well and organize your days with a time budget in your hand and prioritize which task you want to spend most of it on.
We hope that you will surely apply this advice in your life and won’t play cricket and football together anytime soon !
